There’s a chill in the air again, it’s getting dark earlier, and Halloween is just around the corner. So to prepare you for winter’s icy embrace here is a fractured fairy tale of sorts–a reboot of the classic German folk tale The Blue Light (also done by Hans Christian Andersen as “The Soldier and the Tinderbox”). This time, the story is set in Germany in January 1946.
